Hello! I am looking for a friendly, tidy person to rent my lovely spare room on Mon - Friday.

It's a cozy cottage house with two floors: a living room and kitchen on the ground floor and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.

The room is fully furnished with an antique wardrobe, a Double bed, lamps, and a bedside table.

The flat is well located, and it's only a 3 min walk from Homerton station.

It takes 30 minutes to reach Liverpool Street and 35-40 minutes to reach Canary Wharf. It is a 10-minute walk to the local shops and big Tesco.

I work in construction, and sometimes (couple of days week I might work from home)
