Looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Mannequin House in Walthamstow!

When: ideally in Mid-December, however this can be negotiated

The room: I cannot emphasise how big this room is. This video is from when I initially moved in so you can see what you will get. It is huge, the space you get as a student is absolutely unbelievable.
You’re in a flat of 6, really lovely, clean people. The room is on the end of the corridor so you cannot hear a thing from the other rooms!

The building: a modern, comfortable building that has a 24-hour reception team, a games room, and a study room. They regularly hold events like the Halloween party a couple of weeks ago, and I’ve genuinely met the most lovely people here.

Where: in Walthamstow, you can quite literally see the station from the kitchen window, it’s less than a 30 second walk. The area is genuinely fab, there’s lots of little bars, restaurants and shops etc, as well as having a co op in the same building, and a Tesco, Starbucks and Greggs around the corner. Walthamstow Central is one stop away on the Victoria line and it is fab, there’s so much to do and a market that you could spend the whole day looking at.

Price: obviously dependant on when you move in is how much you’ll pay for the rest of this term, then there is £9,429 for the rest of the academic year in two payments alongside a deposit. It may seem steep but for student accom that offers so much room and you can get to Kings Cross in about 20 minutes on the tube it really is worth it!!
