Hi,
I'm currently looking for a new housemate to join me at my current flat. The room overlooks the canal and inner courtyard. It has a king-size bed, study desk and chair, ample built-in storage, Barcelona chair and bedside tables, as included in the photograph, and electric underfloor heating. Internet and water bills included.
A bit about the flat:
95 sqm flat, has one shared bathroom, a large open kitchen and living space, and a balcony overlooking the canal to Hackney Wick, London Stadium and Pudding Mill Lane.
A bit about myself:
I work for an architectural firm and am usually in the office Monday to Friday. Alongside my full-time job, I’m studying part-time at UCL. I enjoy cooking at home and am into cycling and football.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. A brief description of yourself and the exact tenancy period you’re looking for would be greatly appreciated.
A bit about the area:
The flat lies in Fish Island, beside River Lea and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Hackney Wick, with many bars, restaurants and other businesses, is close to the property.
Plenty of local independent businesses like cafes, bicycle repairs, and barbers are next to the flat. Roman Road is a short 10-minute walk to markets and a short walk to Victoria Park.
Great cycling and running routes for those who like the outdoors.
Transport:
Pudding Mill Lane DLR: 10-12 min Walk
Bow Road Underground: 18-20 min Walk
Stratford Station: 10 min by bus (339), 20-22 min Walk
Victoria Park: 5 min Walk
Central London: No. 8 Bus, a short 4 min Walk
