About me: I’m Abe, a clean and friendly professional in my late twenties, looking for a likeminded person to replace my current housemate. I have been living in the flat for 3 and a half years and really enjoyed living in such a well-connected area.
I'm usually out a few evenings a week seeing friends etc but enjoy a night in with either the telly on, or a record and book. Keen to have someone who is similar with their own life but wants to hang out as flatmates and watch TV, enjoy drinks, a meal and the occasional night out!
I do a mixture of working from home and in the office. I enjoy having a tidy living environment that you can feel at home in and am looking for someone who is also clean and tidy, and will happily take part in a cleaning rota.
The room can fit a king size bed and also features a large bay window and another window, allowing plenty of natural light to enter the room. The room is also at the back of the flat, so is a little more private with lots of natural light from the bay windows. It has a built-in storage cupboard and plenty of space to fit a desk, drawers and a wardrobe, so plenty of space for living and working.
The flat is an upstairs flat in a converted house. It is great size with plenty of living and storage space, with particularly high ceilings helping it to feel open. Has a separate living room and kitchen, with bedrooms being at the opposite ends of the flat. The flat also has plenty of built in storage cupboards.
Favourite things about the flat? The front room. Its large with comfy sofas and is a great place to relax.
Rent: £800 pcm (rising to £825 pcm in September)
Bills: (Includes Gas/Electric/Council Tax Band B/Water/ Broadband/TV License) - approx. £200pcm.
Room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished.
Availability: We’re looking for someone to move in from late Febraury.
