Hello! We’re looking for a new flatmate to move into the second bedroom of our two-bedroom flat. Our current flatmate is moving out on February 14th and the room would be available the 15th but move in date could be anytime between now and mid March.

You’d be sharing the flat with Santiago and me. We both work full-time in London—Santiago is a Quant Analyst in energy trading, and I work in SEO at a marketing agency.

We’re looking for a sociable flatmate who’s comfortable with having friends over occasionally for board games, drinks, dinners, or BBQs on weekends. Weekdays are more relaxed—we usually go to the gym, play PS5, cook at home, and catch up with our flatmate. We enjoy a friendly, easygoing living environment where we can hang out but also respect each other’s space, all while keeping the flat tidy.

The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with a great living area and a small balcony where we love to fire up the BBQ on weekends (if you move in, you’ll definitely be treated to a good steak at some point!). The flat has two bathrooms—you’ll pretty much have the main bathroom to yourself.
