The flat consists of a kitchen, a small bathroom, a separate toilet, a living room and two bedrooms. The bedroom is half furnished: a double bed, large wardrobe, mirror, and chair. The floor in the flat is a mix of laminate and marble.
A 22 year old male (my son who lives in the other bedroom).
