Hello,

I am currently renting a second floor 2 bed 1 bathroom flat for £595 altogether, pcm. Please note, I couldn't put £0 for the second bedroom so I put '£1'. It is £595 for the whole 2 bed flat, per month.

The post code is PL6 7UA, a 7 mins drive from Derriford hospital. Private, allocated parking space just for you at the front of the property. God transport links if taking bus. Though flat does come largely unfurnished - apart from a fridge + freezer combo, oven+grill+gas cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer, I am more than happy to leave behind the following in the flat, free of charge,:

1. In the main bedroom- a divan double bed - mattress included, with 4 sets of unused drawers beneath it.

2. In the second smaller bedroom: (more like single bed sized room/storage and study room)- a barely used 4 drawer grey chest of drawers, a black clothing rail bought on Amazon for £33 that holds up to 100kg of clothing, 4 wheels (currently unattached, can attach if desired.)

3. In the living room- a black glass dining table and 4 chairs, untouched, perfect condition, and finally, a floor to ceiling lamp.

My tenancy is currently for 6 months, thereafter renewed by month to month basis, or you can sign for however long if you wish. I no longer have a car, and I would prefer to save commute time by moving into hospital accommodation. The tenancy started on 05/07/2019, and with the minimum 6 months, finishes on 04/01/20 - again, should you wish to stay longer, that is not a problem.

I am moving out end of Aug, rent is 5th of the month, you would need to pay a deposit of £595, and one months rent, also £595.
