Communal spaces include a kitchen, dining room, living room, patio as well as a ground floor toilet. There is informal street parking in a friendly neighborhood in addition to the free George Junction park and ride a 5 min walk away.

I (27yo male) am the live-in landlord and currently live with my partner (28yo female), a 20yo female who works full time as well as our current lodger who is moving to Manchester for a new job. I am a mechanical engineer and work in the office full time but occasionally wfh on Wednesdays. We are all friendly, tidy, considerate and spend most weekends out and about. I am happy for those who need to work from home to do so however this must be in your own room and not in the communal spaces.

Looking for another friendly and tidy housemate - no preference of gender, occupation or age.

Rent is £625/pcm including broadband, council tax and energy bills (these have been relatively stable despite the energy crisis).
