A lovely bedroom within a spacious flat. There is an okay modern kitchen, and very new shower. Unfortunately, there is no washing machine (like most flats in Aber), but the closest one is a short walk up hill. There is a large sitting room, with massive sofa's and two nice flatmates.
The rooms are reasonably light and would support a large plant collection as neither two flatmates keep plants.
Move in date is ASAP, and I am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease (for personal reasons) which will run until next July or longer. - Lettings agent is Jim Raw Rees and enquires can also be made there.
Rent 260 pcm, including water and basic broadband. Electricity to pay, and we were thinking of paying for better broadband depending on its speed.
The flatmates are nice but a little bit stressed with their PhDs and are looking for a nice, slightly mature(ish) student to make the house cosy with.
