Hello!

I am the person who has the room but decided from a day to another to move to another country and I am looking for a girl for the room asap as my contract ends in May and my landlord was ok with me leaving early as long as I find someone to replace me. He is also advertising this room with daytime pictures but I thought I would also post as you can reach me on the gram at mariamatei__ and I can redirect you.

It breaks my heart to leave this flat as it is just me and two other girls and the landlord has a room to which he comes on the holidays with his wife and little dog. The flat is peaceful and cute and strangely cheap for what it is and it really feels like a home rather than a student house type place. So it's a 4 bed over 3 floors, with a bathroom with a shower and another wc with sink cloakroom and it has a living room with really nice views over Aber. The room is spacious and has loads of storage.

So it is available asap and my flatmates agreed to do viewings for me so just let me know and I will schedule one.

And most of the mess in the pictures is mine as I am still packing as I am writing this.
