Hi,

I am moving to Cardiff with work and am looking for a fun and friendly person to take my room for the remainder of my contract (until May 31st), with the option to stay longer.

The room is fully furnished with single bed, desk and large wardrobe, the house itself is recently renovated with large kitchen and living room, the latter opening out to a patio terrace with fantastic views over the High Street, Bangor Cathedral and to the Menai Straits. 30 seconds walk to either Fat Cats/Varsity or to the clock tower on the High Street - you couldn't get a better location. (Postcode is LL57 1HN to check).

You would be sharing with 3 genuinely warm, friendly and generous housemates, 1 female and 2 male, 2 young profs and 1 final year student. They've made my time here in Bangor a real pleasure.
