Hello we are a group of friends who have unfortunately had our fourth housemate drop out, thusly we are looking for an open minded, fun loving individual to join us this coming year and possibly beyond!

The property is ideally placed, within ten minutes walk of the train station, Domino's, Lidl and the High street, all very useful destinations I am sure you will agree.

As well as all bills included in your rent including a high speed internet connection each of us has a personal Netfilx account paid for in the rent that can be enjoyed on the massive 3D 58 inch 4K TV in the cosy living room featured in the pictures below. Not only that but we are computer science students so we can fix your tech for free.

Your room is ideally placed at the rear of the house at the top of the stairs and indeed closest to the shower so you will always have the competitive edge in the mornings. Every room has central heating, double glazing and is fully furnished along with USB sockets and Ethernet ports for your devices.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar, LED lighting, washer/dryer and induction hobs.

We are a balanced group, we know how to party but also won't be trashing the house every weekend, and we'll be sure to include you in our pub night, should you want to join us.
