Hello! Recently i have changed plans for accommodation and am looking for an individual to take over my contract ASAP to the end of June 2022.
Bedroom 2 (currently available) is a large first floor fully furnished room with a large window directly over the large patio area towards the back of the property, a 4ft double bed with a headboard and plenty of storage space.
Located in central Bangor (essentially in ASDA's back yard!) this lovely house is in a brilliant location for shopping, clubbing and easy access to many of the university buildings. A large kitchen with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer as well as huge storage capabilities. A separate living room with a huge sofa and a wall mounted 40inch smart TV. There are 2 shared bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with both a shower and bath. All rooms have gas central heating. There is also a large open space behind the house accessed via a door in the kitchen with access to an alleyway leading directly to ASDA.
As well as being a 30 second walk from ASDA, this house is a few minutes’ walk from LIDL, the train station, Brambell building, Main Arts Building, plenty of pubs/ restaurants and most importantly, Dominoes!
You will be sharing the house with 5 housemates (2 male and 3 female) who are all students at Bangor University. 3 of them are currently second years and we have two new tenants moving into the house early/mid February.
