The annex has a kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom and living room - all for the use of our lodger(s).

There is a large driveway too for off road parking.

We share the use of a washing machine and dryer which are located in the garage.
There’s also a small back garden for the annex, separated from our garden by a fence.

10-12 minute drive from Bangor Uni.
Bus stop at the bottom of the road.

All bills and high speed wifi included.

This is a quiet residential area and we would like lodgers who appreciate that.

We will consider 1 well behaved dog as a pet.
