This is a large, semi-detached property with 6 bedrooms. It is located on a quiet residential street, just a few minutes walk from the main university site.

Rooms are fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. Room 1 & 2 are on the ground floor, with the remaining rooms upstairs.

All Rooms are single occupancy for Students only

Rooms 2 and 6 are available.
We have a small group who had originally let the whole house, but two members of the group have now chosen not to return to university, which leaves two rooms available.
