Hello!
I am looking for a someone to join me in my house in Y Felinheli.
About me
My names Jemma, I’m 35 and currently studying biomedical science at Bangor University. Before moving to Bangor, I lived in Brighton where I was working as a vet nurse but I decided that vet nursing was no longer for me and wanting a change of location I moved here.
I am looking for someone who is social, who wants to watch TV in the evenings or go to the local pub for a drink. I’d like someone who wants to treat the house as a home rather than just hide away in their room.
About the house
The house has 2 double bedrooms and one single bedroom which is being used as an office/study space. It is located in a quiet area of Y Felinheli and has access to a communal garden. It’s an upside-down house with bedrooms and bathroom downstairs and an open plan living area and kitchen upstairs.
The main living area has a dining area at one end and a lounge at the other. The balcony is quite large and is accessed from the lounge and overlooks the garden. The garden is a communal garden which looks a lot like a park. There are a lot of birds including a peacock and pheasants which roam the area.
The bedroom is bright, has sunlight for most of the day and comes fully furnished with a double bed, draws and wardrobe with built in shelves. The current occupant has already moved out.
There is also a small single room which can be used as an office for anyone who needs to work from home or for studying if you're a student. The office is currently furnished with a large desk. This room could also be used to store a bike or any other outdoor gear as its right next to the front door.
The house includes fridge, freezer, washing machine, bath and shower. There is also parking available but if you don’t have a car then the bus stop is 5 mins away and buses run every half hour and take about 20 minutes to reach either Bangor city centre or Caernarfon. The rent includes some bills (TV, wifi, gas, electricity) but doesn’t include water bills as this is paid every 4 months or council tax.
Please message me if you are interested or if you have any questions.
Sorry, the room is no longer available
