My name is Lucy, I am a former Bangor university student looking for someone (preferably a student) to replace me in the contract for my house.

The house is situated in a beautiful area, on a quiet lane, just a few minutes walk from the Ffriddoedd Village campus and a 10-minute walk from the main university building. As well as being just a 5-minute walk from the nearest supermarket.

This beautiful Victorian house is very well furnished and well kept with a recently fitted extension making for a lovely, well-lit kitchen and dining area. The living room next door to the kitchen is very cosy with enough seating for 5 people and a few more. There are 2 fridge freezers as well as a small fridge, and a surplus of cupboards so more than enough room for groceries. There is also a washing machine and dryer situated in the kitchen/dining area. There are 2 shared bathrooms, one bigger than the other but both with showers, a toilet and sink. In terms of parking, there is a garage at the back of the house, however, the back lane is very narrow so doesn't leave much room for moving the car. There are parking spaces outside the house on the road but these can get a bit competitive, with that being said two of the current tenants who own cars have no issues parking on roads near the house. Furthermore, the room itself is on the house's third floor facing the shared garden. This makes for a lovely view when revising/working and during spring you can see the sunset through the trees. It is a very spacious room with lots of floor space and storage for clothing: 1 wardrobe (pictured), a desk, a side table, a chest of drawers and a large floor to ceiling bookshelf.

Moreover, the neighbours are very friendly but being family households do expect us to keep the noise to a respectable level which is understandable and makes for a very tranquil atmosphere; great when you're studying in your room.

As a potential flatmate, you can expect a warm welcome from the current tenants who are all very nice and will make sure you feel at home. They are all tidy people and ensure the house is always clean. I would say everyone keeps to themselves most of the daytime: whether at lectures or studying, but are always happy to have a chat/ go on adventures when free if that's something you would be up for.
