4 Bedroom house located just behind the Bangor high street. House is a 5-10 minute walk from the university building and a 15 minute walk away from the university sports facilities. 5 minute walk away from both night clubs in Bangor. 10 minutes from Asda/lidl. We are looking for someone to replace a tenant who is not returning next academic year.

Rent is £117.50 a week with all bills included. Since this is a student tenancy council tax is not a payable cost. The house is owned by Varcity Living, a company located in Bangor.

21 Caellepa is a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor. The room that is advertised (room 3) is on the second floor. The room has a double bed, desk, drawers, a clothes rack and a large window pointed out the back of the house. There are 2 bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower and a bath. On the ground floor there is a communal living room with a large TV. We sometimes connect consoles to it or watch shows as a group. There is also a communal dining room that is connected to the kitchen. It has a normal table as well as a high table that you can eat on. The kitchen is also good sized for a four person house. Multiple people can cook at the same time with no problems. Behind the kitchen is a smaller room that has a fridge-freezer, washing machine and drier. Outside the kitchen is a small paved garden.

The current tenants are all apart of the men's university basketball team (Bangor men's basketball). Two of us are going into our third year (computer science and professional policing) and the final tenant is completing his masters degree (teaching).

We are a social group that have been friends throughout our time at university so the environment in the house is very friendly and laid back. We keep the house clean and make time to study so don't worry about the house being noisy 24/7.
