Hi!

We are looking for one housemate for a 3 bedroom home. Currently occupied my me Maria and another female professional called Megan .Both of us are very laid back and friendly people who are used to sharing with others. We would prefer to keep an all female household if we can!

The home is a cosy end of terrace house in a short row of houses. We have a large back patio garden and driveway with good sized communal rooms (kitchen/diner and living room).The house has been updated in the past couple of years so it is modern and clean with a new combi boiler. We like to keep the house clean and tidy but am by no means intense of the cleaning front! The home has plenty of parking outside (no permits needed) with a garage and driveway at the back also.

There is one bathroom with bath and shower but also have a working outdoor toilet if needed in emergencies! We are both pretty good at syncing with other peoples timetables too when it comes to sharing.

Location wise the house is a couple of mins walk from the Royal Gwent and very close to town and the train station (a 10 minute walk). The neighbours are friendly and quiet. Not far from a local shopping centre and supermarkets.

We’re both really friendly people who like the gym, cooking, Netflix (who doesn’t!) and going out. We are a friendly house so welcome visitors, but are definitely not a party house! 🏠

I have a boyfriend who lives away so I spend a few nights with him so the house can be quieter when I’m not around.

Price of the room includes full use of facilities eg cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Also includes bills ie tv licence, internet, council tax, gas and electricity.

The double room comes furnished with a king size bed and lots of built in storage. The single room is newly furnished with bed, curtains and storage.

The double is £350 per month and single is £300 per month with a returnable deposit of £200 per room. Short lets welcome too.

Currently only the single room at £300 per month is available!
