Hi Everyone

My current housemate is moving out after Christmas, so I'm looking for someone new to live with in Newport (Gwent).

Rent will be £90/week for Monday to Thursday let, or £100/week for a 7 day let.

Second large bedroom, which comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and smaller set of drawers/bedside table. There is a third small bedroom which is currently used for storage.

I have a friendly, deaf cat called Oliver who sleeps a lot!

Ideally, I'd like to live with a female or male of the same general age (mid twenties to late thirties). I'm up for occasional drinks and watching films etc. Party animals need not apply.

I travel with work so there will be a few days here and there where I'm not around and you will have the place to yourself. Happy for partners to visit (as does mine) but not to be there more often than they are at their own house!

The property has on street parking with no permits or restrictions, a large garden with a shed, a bathroom with a seperate bath and shower cubicle, a large living room with a comfy sofa and TV, and big kitchen with a seperate dining room area, with table and 6 chairs.

Included are all bills - broadband, gas, electricity, water, council tax and the TV licence.

You would have full use of things in the house (pots and pans, dishwasher, washing machine, TV etc,) but can bring anything additional that you may wish.

No smokers.
