I have a large furnished double room in Newport. Its a bit sparse at the moment, but I'm happy to purchase a desk and shelves etc if wanted, and you'd be free to decorate it as you like. I also have a smaller room which would be yours to do with as you wish (turns out a 3 bed is too big for one guy and his dog). There's also a good sized garden and off road parking. Easy access to the M4 and not far from the train station and town centre. also close to a number of nice areas for walking a dog.

Bills are included, and have Netflix and prime accounts which you will have access to. I shall also be purchasing a tumble dryer soon.

About me.
I'm physics graduate who's worked in Intellectual property law for the past 5 years. I'm currently on a career break doing odd jobs and a bit of freelance legal consulting.

Pros:
I'm clean, respect communal spaces and am a generally laid back individual.

I enjoy cooking and I've been told I'm a good cook, but hate cooking for one, so I'm open to cooking for you if our taste and timings match.

I make a large pot of filter coffee every morning because i am not a morning person.

Cons:
I like a nightcap, there is bar in my house. I don't get drunk very often, but i do like a good drink.

I play and host DnD, so one night a month the house will be filled with 5 nerds (myself included). You'd be welcome to join if you wanted.

I like woodworking in my spare time so occasionally there's a fair chunk of sawdust at the back of the house (but it gets cleaned up at the end of the day).

my interests:

as said above i play DnD, like woodwork and cooking, I go bouldering 1 to 2 times a month. General outdoorsy stuff. But i do enjoy a good tv binge.

My Dog (Bernie)
He's a miniature jack Russel
very quiet unless someones knocking at the door
he does malt so i keep on top of the hoovering
hes very friendly with other dogs (not in a humpy way)
but he is fully intact. so that could be a deal breaker if you have a fully intact female dog.
