Hello everyone!

I am looking for a sociable and tidy flatmate from early October this year to sign a rental contract with me for at least 6 months.
I am a physics PhD student at Swansea Uni and would be happy to share with other other PhD students or young professionals.

The rent is £300 pounds all bills included.
The 2-bedroom flat is located very close to the city center and a 30 min walk to the Singleton campus. I personally take the bike to uni, which takes 10-15 mins.
