A good size double room at the rear of our terraced house with comfy double bed, (table and chair if needed for studies/work), privacy, plenty of storage and a safe and calm place to study or rest after a long day at work.

Our scandi/eclectic home is a mid terrace family home close to the Uplands village in Swansea, shops, restaurants, coffee / cafe culture, transport, university and hospital. Located on a hill with great views of the bay and Mumbles lighthouse. This is a quiet area, more private residential than student accommodation.

Internet, bedding, laundry facilities, utilities and breakfast included. Lodger fridge and fully equipped kitchen. No party animals or overnight guests. Smokers are welcome to use the garden. Must be OK around a dog and cat.

We've had lodgers and guests for years now and what we're offering would suit someone with a lovely personality who has their own interests and social life, is easy going, clean and tidy (no slobs please) and has a sense of humour. This offering wouldn't suit jobsworth or drama queens.

We have a five star Airbnb rating and often accommodate supporting crew and headiners from the Grand Theatre which is a 10/15 minute walk away.
