I am the current tenant of the room and will be moving out in late December. So I am looking for a new tenant who can sublet from me or form a new contract for tenancy period of six months i. e. Jan. 1st, 2025 to June 30th, 2025.

* Double wardrobe for more than enough space to store stuff.
* Small cabinet that can be used for shoes, Another cabinet with multiple drawers for small stuff and there are multiple wall mounted racks.
* A big table and a chair for a comfortable working space

About the property:-
* It is a 5 room shared house, 2 on the ground floor and 3 on first floor
* Shared communal spaces are Living room, Kitchen, Bathroom, Backyard/Garden and store room.
* The property is within walking distance to UCA and CCCU.
* Multiple supermarket/stores within walking distance
ASDA - 10 min. by walk
ALDI - 10 min. by walk
SAINSBURY - 8 min. by walk
* There is a bus stop less than a min. walk from the house

The rent of the room is £410 per month and the utilities are around £55 to £60 per month.
This is a shared house property for students which exempts us from paying council tax.
