The room available is spacious and fully furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers and bedside cabinets. The rest of the flat will be shared: living room with dining area, kitchen and bathroom. The white goods include a washing machine, oven and hob, microwave and tumble dryer. There is lots of cupboard space and storage throughout the flat that is available to use. There is outside storage space available but its shared with other flats in the building. it is council tax band A.
The flat itself is a ground floor flat but has a couple of steps leading in from the main door meaning that it is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. It is located directly across from the top of the University of Aberdeens Kings College campus so will be ideal for students studying there. There is a bus stop nearby with links to the city centre and parking space available.
A bit about me: I'm Ren, I'm 18 and I'm a student. I love to read, play the sims, watch shows, hang out with friends and, when I have the time, work on DIY projects. I'm more of an indoorsy person and am quite introverted so do value alone time. however, I would love to have a flatmate that I can spend time with and potentially be friends. Something to mention is that I dont drink so if you're looking for a flatmate that you can go out for drinks with or clubbing that's not me. People who are LGBTQ+ are welcome and I'm looking for someone who is accepting so if you're homophobic/transphobic keep scrolling. Pets might be allowed depending on what type it is. I have a cat, Leia, who is shy to begin with but really friendly and cuddly once she warms up to you.
