Hi, I'm about to move out of Student Roost Pittodrie Street and Im looking for a female aged 19-25 to take over my tenancy until mid June as I am moving in with my boyfriend.

There will be a total of 5 people within the flat.

The rent is £135pcw (bills and utility included) per week. Pittodrie Street is located 5 minutes away from the University of Aberdeen and a 20-30 minute bus from Robert Gordon University. As this is student accommodation there is no council tax needed to be paid.

I am more than welcome to give a tour for anybody interested in the property, just please, do not hesitate to send me an email if you have any questions.

For additional help, I will contribute £150-£200 pounds monthly to relieve any financial stress for the accommodation!
