I'm looking for a new flatmate, starting 21st Feb 2025. My current flatmate is moving out that week.

Property is second-floor 2-bed flat in Woolmanhill/Rosemount area. Two single rooms; wardrobe, dresser, desk in larger. Large living room, couch, small table, shelves. Galley kitchen, gas hob, washer (no dryer). Large bathroom, tub, electric shower. Gas combi boiler.

Rent: Total £700 pcm, ~£355 pp
CT: Band B (£132 pcm)
Rates: OVO Energy (gas - ~£30 pcm; leccy ~£40 pcm)
Broadband: Sky (£25 pcm)

I’m a recent UoA postgraduate, staying in Aberdeen working in renewables/energy transition policy. Quiet, tidy, non-smoker; hobbies include music, history, engineering, public policy. Looking for a similar postgraduate student / young professional interested in taking over a long-term tenancy; preferably male, preferably long-term.
