Located in a quiet residential area of Dundee with easy access to University and Ninewells Teaching Hospital which can be reached by car or public transport.
There is access to a private well established garden where there are various herbs and fruits growing. Wifi also available. Smoking restricted to garden area. You will have access to the kitchen/diner, shower room/wc and garden. The kitchen is well equipped and is kept clean and tidy. The double room is bright, freshly painted, carpeted and clean with plenty storage space.
I am looking to rent the room to either a mature student or professional female from Monday to Friday only, however belonings can remain in room over the weekends.
A change in personal circumstances means that i am living somewhere else most of the week and spend the weekends at home, hence the desire to rent weekdays only. Please note, i have yet to update photo of room.
