Hello there,

This spacious and luminous bedroom would be suitable for a respectful, clean and thoughtful visitor, professional, or student. It is at present available until end of June with weekly but also daily rate.

The flat is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of the city centre by the Law Hill, It is a 15 min walk to the city centre through Dudhope Park and close to a few bus stops (City Centre - Ninewells, KingsCross etc...). On-the-street parking just in front of the house is available.

The room itself is fully furnished with a very comfortable double bed. Kitchen. living room and bathroom are shared. All communal areas of the flat are kept clean and will need to be kept clean.
We are trying to do our best to recycle and it would be welcome to share with someone like-minded in this respect...we are ourselves getting there slowly but it looks like a good thing to focus on.

Internet is available. Bills are included.

Finally, there is a small rescued dog, who is very clean, sleeps all day and hardly ever barks. He probably thinks he is a cat ....with an obsession towards food!
