I'm looking for an easy-going and tidy flatmate to share a two-bedroom apartment on Lochee Road. There are a couple of bus stops right next to the apartment and it's a ten minute ride to the centre, or a less than half an hour walk.

You'd have a large double bedroom with a double bed, and we'd share a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. The apartment is fully furnished. In my experience the area and the apartment are peaceful and homely.

The rent is £250/month per person, and the electricity and gas are around £80/month total during the winter months, but significantly less when the weather gets warmer. The apartment also has broadband and I would preferably share its monthly cost (£29).

I am a tidy, quiet and flexible flatmate who mostly keeps regular hours. If you wish us to keep to ourselves, I am happy to respect that but I'm also always open for a cup of tea and a chat. I like cooking and baking so I might take over the kitchen once in a while but I love to share my usually successful creations so hopefully that makes up for it.

This is a great apartment for students in particular for its affordability, peacefulness, and location. But I believe these are qualities anyone can benefit from and I'm open to inquiries from people from any walk of life.
