Hi I am looking for 2 female, POSTGRADS/PHD students to join me in a great that for next academic year (19/20)
I am a postgrad at Sion Hill and would love to have some fun housemates to spend the next year with, I love watching films and tv ( so excited for bake-off next year) shopping, going out and about or just sitting in the kitchen and having a chat.
The flat is in an amazing location, a minutes walk from kings mead square, 5 minutes to Sainsbury’s and 8 minutes the train and bus station. Honestly, everything is on your doorstep!
There is one single room and a large double, both furnished and with huge windows with excellent light. I am not sure of the price exactly but will likely be between £400 - £550 a month with bills being around £50 a month.
The landlord is very nice and incredibly accommodating.
The smaller room with be available from the middle of September (around the 15th) and the double from the end of September (27th)
Official start date of the contracts with be the 1st of October. The landlord does ask those new tenants to be students as council tax does not need to be paid.
Please contact me if you’d like any more info to see the room :) I look forward to hearing from you.
Ps photos will be added as a later date.
Edit

EDIT
Please don't message if you aren't able to stay at least 11 months.
EDIT
DOUBLE ROOM IS NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL THE 2ND OF OCTOBER.
Sorry, the room is no longer available
