Double room with own bathroom and garage available in central Bath in professional two bedroom house.

The room itself is furnished with a new double bed, chair and bedside table. It also has a large built in cupboard and wardrobe and a mirror inside the wardrobe door.
The room is opposite its own bathroom which has a toilet, sink and newly fitted shower. The new tenant will also have full use of the garage attached to the house.

I'm an SEN music teacher and work in Bath; I try to maintain a nice relaxed, clean home to chill out in. I have no problem at all with my housemate having friends over, I just tend to go to pubs to see people so I rarely have groups of friends over myself.
I am almost always out of the house, either at work, socialising or at the library. My room is on a separate floor to the kitchen/living room and other bedroom and bathroom so I only really come upstairs for the kitchen.

The house is owned by a private landlord so no agency fees are applicable. I pay the landlord from my account on the 1st of every month, the new tenant would pay their rent directly to my account whenever is convenient for them in the month so that it is ready to go out on this day.
I also deal with all bills (council tax, water, gas/electric, internet) which are then split equally between myself and my housemate. They usually come to approx £100/month.
The landlord himself is very approachable and is keen to keep the house in very good condition. In the two years that I've lived here, we have had a new hob, washing machine, double bed and shower uni for the available bedroom. The upstairs bathroom and bedroom have also been repainted in the past couple of months, he is now beginning works on repainting the living room and hallway walls that have been marked over time.

The house itself is on a very quiet backstreet and is a 3 minute walk to the Circus and Royal Crescent.

It is also worth noting that a golden retriever will be living at the property downstairs with me as of September, he will come to work with me in the day times.
