I am a student at the University of Bath. As I am going on a placement, I am looking to rent out my room to another student. The house is a classic Georgian townhouse 10 minute walking distance from the center. The close proximity to the town and a panoramic view of Bath makes it a great place to live. The place is shared with 4 very nice and sociable students in their third year at the University of Bath. The house has a living room, seperate kitchen and a small garden. There are two bathrooms with showers and toilet. The room itself faces south, getting a lot of sunlight and with direct views to the famous Bath abbey. The room is furbished and furniture includes a new double bed, a desk, drawers, cupboard and a small walk-in closet.
