They are both Bath Uni postgrads studying Computer Science and each with a separate contract on theIr own room, so there is flexibility and the house has historically had some excellent friendships between students studying all sorts of Bath Uni degrees, from Business to Computer Science! The house is very well-located In a safe family area close to Bathwick Hill and all bus routes to the University. This room is much bigger than many one-bed flats with the benefit of included bills. Ideal for a person who is happy to share with mature and tidy students on the top floor but who would prefer own bathroom or for anyone who would like a bit more space and privacy. It’s a ten-minute walk to town and direct buses to the university. All utility bills included. Off street patking. Ample storage in sunny kitchen. Shared lounge. Broadband is fast but arranged between the tenants.
