I'm moving cities so I'm searching for a lovely bean go come and join this great flat. Single room in a friendly grade II listed flat, comprised of two lovely people that work for an engineering firm and Wessex Water in Bath. Rent is 400£ + gas/electricity/water/council tax (band B)/internet. Overall about 500£ per month but this varies depending on the season. Wonderful view and a balcony accessed from this east facing bedroom overlooking Hedgemead Park. Green views for days! The bed and mattress is provided, the rest of the furniture is going. Access to in built storage adjacent to the room as well. Bathroom has separate Bath and rainshower, kitchen was recently refurbished and all white goods are relatively new. The flat will be available earliest the 19th of October and latest the 2nd of November.
