Hi, I have a spare room in central Bath for a Monday-Friday female tenant. The flat is a 5 minute walk from the city centre and right opposite Henrietta Park. There is off street parking. and a lift in the building. The room has a single bed and a desk. The flat has a bathroom with a bath and shower, primarily for your use. I will only occasionally use the bath as I have an en-suite shower room.
I am the only other tenant - a woman in my 30s. I have an interest in fitness, animals and travelling. A flat mate who enjoys board games would be great! I ask for someone quiet and considerate, not into hosting parties and late nights.
The room is available from the 15th june. Your contribution will pay for household bills but you will need to pay for your own catering, vegetarian or vegan. .
