Due to moving out of the area for work I am looking for someone to take my place. I have lived here for four years and absolutely love this flat.

The bedroom on offer is a large double room with windows on two sides, plenty of floor space and a good sized wardrobe.

The location is ideal, situated next to the river by Cleveland bridge, Morrisons is within 5 minutes walk and the centre of Bath is 10-15 minutes away. Just over the bridge there is an Italian deli, a fish and chip shop and a loose foods shop.

The flat is on the top floor so is nice and warm and there are no upstairs neighbours. There is a large shared living room with sofas, a coffee table and a dining table.

There is a balcony with a view over the river Avon, access to a communal garden, a secure space for bikes and a reserved parking space.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, grill, fridge, freezer and plenty of storage space.

The bathroom has both a bath and a shower.
