I'm a student at the University of Bath and I am renting my room in Lan House, Weston Park, Bath, for the second part of the academic year (I will be on placement).
3 other rooms but one of them is unoccupied. The two other flatmates are a girl and a boy, both studying at the Uni of Bath. Both quite sociable, respectful and quiet.
- Very large room with a big window and very good sunlight. Lots of storage available (a closet, a chest of drawers, smaller storage near the desk, coat hangers...)
- Large desk, perfect for studying
- Second smaller desk, convenient for storage but can be moved in another room if preferred
- Double bed with a brand new mattress (refurbished in October)
- Kitchen refurbished last summer, has a washing machine, a big fridge and freeze, a modern oven and other kitchen appliances.
- Bathroom refurbished in November

The flat is located on the third floor of Lan House. Each floor of the house is a students' flat so there is a very friendly atmosphere and loads of opportunities to socialise :) There is also a large gardens, perfect for barbecues during the spring and summer.
