We are two young professionals, one male, one female looking for a friendly, clean and sociable flatmate.

This is a modern open plan flat, in a great central location, furnished throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, electric cooker, dishwasher, plenty of storage, etc. ⚡️

It leads onto a rooftop terrace, shared with 3 other flats (although this is the only with private access, and the other flats hardly use it), which is great in the summer ☀️

There is a large living room with two large sofas, Virgin TV & Broadband. This shares a bathroom with one other flatmate and there is also a small room containing a washing machine and tumble dryer. Parking is available if needed as we don’t use the space currently 🚗

The room itself has a double bed, large wardrobe and is excellent value for such a central location.

Bills are not included in the advertised price, but on average total around £170 each per month.

We are a sociable flat, like to have a few people round for drinks on the weekend, and love a good party! 🎉🍸🥃
