This great room is available for £789 per month from January 2024. A stunning room with fabulous views across bath and the hills beyond. It is ideal for a quiet working professional or postgraduate/ final-year student. Currently an all-female household and a non-smoking house. Ideal if you are looking for a nice quiet stay Located in Bath on the right side of the city for the university, in Bathwick, within easy walking distance of both the city and the bus stops to university up on Bathwick Hill. The room has a top quality Relyon double bed, desk, lights bedside tables, chair and wardrobe plus an extra built-in cupboard-wardrobe. On the same floor is a clean and good condition bathroom with modern fixtures and shower shared with one other female.
I am a semi- residential landlord but travel a lot and am reliable and easily contactable when away. (The house has two large rooms on the first floor, including this one.) Available to view on Saturday. All students or professionals are welcome.
I can’t do couples, sorry. This letting is for one great extra large double sized room for one occupant. The house is in Bathwick, a very good area on the eastern university side of Bath with stunning views of the city and surrounding hills. It is close to the Bathwick Hill Uni bus stop and ten minutes walk (through two lovely parks) to Pulteney Street and town. It is also served by the 4, X4 and 265 bus routes which take you direct to the city centre and stations. Off street parking is available for one car. The house is also nicely located within 5 minutes stroll of the Kennet and Avon canal, with cycle paths and walks up to Bathampton.

This room is inclusive of water, gas, electric and broadband utility bills. It is a large double bedroom with great views, located on the first floor. It's adjacent to a clean and bright bathroom which will be shared with another.

I am happy to answer questions and send more pictures to people interested in reserving the rooms from abroad....I’m used to working with international students who want to reserve well ahead of their course start dates, or professionals not currently living in the area.
You also get access to a sunny shared lounge/dining room and shared ground floor kitchen.
All rooms are rented out on lodger agreements. I always give at least 2 months of notice.
The house has a new combi boiler which is fully certificated. The house is fully electrical safety tested, has proper fireproofing and smoke alarms.
I am looking for responsible and mature non-smoking tenants who will keep the house clean, enjoy a great place to live - and be reliable.
