There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and both bathrooms have a shower. The front yard has a lawn and a parking space, and the backyard has a large garden with a greenhouse, shed, gardening beds, and a small table. It's a perfect spot to enjoy the sunshine and drink tea in the garden.

The landlord is very friendly and responsive to any issues, and previous tenants have been long-term renters until they are graduated. Current housemates are all PhD students from Bath University who are quiet, tidy, easy-going, and respectful of personal space.

Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach the largest Sainsbury's in Odd Down and a bus stop with many bus routes to the city center, Bath University (take the 22 bus and it will take 15-20 minutes).
