I'm looking for my replacement in this beautiful house. My room has a double bed, desk, chair, walk in closet, and mirror. It's nice and comfy.
Other two tenants are postgraduate students at the University of Bath.
Prefer female students but male students are also fine.
Need somebody who can sign the contract very soon as I have paid my deposit and rent here. So, need a replacement ASAP.
