I will be living in my hometown from 1st February 2025 to 1st September 2025 due to a work placement so the reason for this advertisement is because I am looking for someone to rent my room while I am away.

The house's council tax band is Band G but it is also listed as a student property so you should be exempt from council tax if you move in (as such, YOU MUST BE A STUDENT TO LIVE HERE)

The house is a 1-minute walk away from Tesco Express and a 15-minute walk away from the U1 bus stops by Bath Spa Railway Station. Expansive green spaces including Alexandra Park and woods surrounding Lyn Brook are a short walk away

I will let the landlord know immediately if you are interested in looking at the room contract.

I am currently in my hometown for the Christmas Holidays until 6th January 2025 so I cannot give a viewing in person so please view the video tour and room photos provided. I will ask the landlord if he or someone else is able to do a viewing in my place.
