I will be completing a study-abroad next semester so I need to find someone to take my room. It is a really sociable flat with some great people. The living room is really nice and spacious and we do a lot of things together. It is 5 minutes walk from Bath Spa Train Station and a 40 minute walk from the University. There are two bathrooms and space under the stairs for a bike to be put inside. You can get a parking permit to park on the street opposite. This house swap will be done through the landlords Roman City to make sure it's all ok and any tenants must be students.
