I am looking for someone to rent my room from 1st February 2025 to 30th June 2025 due to me being on a work placement in my hometown during this period.

By renting this room, you would be a minute's walk away from Tesco Express and a 15-minute walk away from the U1 bus stops by Bath Spa Railway Station. Additionally, you would have immediate access to expansive green spaces: Alexandra Park is a 10-minute walk away and the woods by Lyn Brook are within a couple minute’s walk.

The council tax band of this property is band G however it is also listed as a student property. This means that tenants do not have to pay council tax as long as every single tenant is a student. As such, this property is for STUDENTS ONLY!
