The Flat comes with multiple parking (8+) spaces, as it's first come first serve and only a couple people in the area have cars. There is also a locked bike shed. The toilet is shared with one other flatmate, with the shower & toilet being in the same room.
Council tax is non applicable due to this being a student only property.
