The room is a fully furnished double room inclusive of bills and Wi-Fi. There is a kitchen, bath with shower and toilet and a communal living room is also available for the tenants. The property is in Lansdown Road and is generally a very safe and calm place to live.
I am looking for someone to replace my tenancy as I unfortunately have to move into the University accommodations to avoid paying double rent. The deposit is already paid for by me which is one month's rent so you would paying that amount to me and you will be returned that same amount at the end of your tenancy. There is no need for any guarantor. The monthly rent is 815 GBP and this is inclusive of the bills. You can move in as soon as possible and I would hand over the agreement details to you.
