Our lovely tenant has just left so we have a bright single room available to rent in our family home in Camden, Bath. The room is available now until August, with a possibility that this may be extended. We currently let one double room to a Bath uni student who is a lovely tidy and considerate tenant. You would share a bathroom with her. There is a large kitchen diner, utility room with washing machine and a garden for when it’s sunny!
My husband and I both run our own businesses and are out most of the day. We have 2 children away at university who pop back home from time to time. We have 2 friendly cats. We are looking for someone who is independent, friendly, clean, tidy and respectful.
