It's a relatively small terrace house in the Oldfield area, 3 minute walk from U2/U5 stop. The house is clean and cosy with induction hobs, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is one toilet between 4, with separated shower and has a dedicated lounge with a dining table.
We are wanting a relatively quite house mate who, like us, keeps stuff clean and is willing to help out with chores.
There are 4 other people in our house, all third years studying STEM courses. We like playing card/board games together.
There is no council tax as this is a student house.
