Lovely newly painted and clean rooms, in Bath for rent with easy going, friendly architecture and student/young professional.
Ideally looking for a post grad or PhD looking to stay the year, as the house location is amazing for the uni!
A secure, warm house within easy walking distance of town, the station and Bath Uni.
Plus it has excellent bus connections.
Living room, fully kitted good sized kitchen, 2 bathrooms and lovely, sunny, quiet south-facing garden.
The rooms are fully and thoughtfully furnished, -bed, desk, chair, wardrobes, bookshelves, blackout curtains, desk light and bed light, pin boards, etc.
There is loads of permit-free (unusual in bath!) on street parking.
House is a family type home, rather than the standard let. It has had extensive renovation last spring and is decorated to a very high standard and the property is always fully maintained; a new central heating system has been installed for maximum efficiency, and the bathrooms have been newly fitted.
The house is within easy reach of Uni (flat cycle ride 15mins/flat walk 35mins), the bus stop for bath uni is just outside the house and takes about 5 minutes to get to campus, or the bus into town is 10mins.
House only a 25min walk to city centre/train station.
Local co-op and large Sainsbury’s close by - plus everything else you need locally within a 2min walk (doctors, pharmacy, chip shop, 3pubs, dentist and parks and the skyline walk).
Ideally looking for a lovely girl wanting a friendly, settled home. Someone that enjoys a good chat over a cup of tea, or can enjoy a film and a glass of wine (or a cider!) every-so-often.
Looking for a non-smoking, mature in manner housemate, who is comfortable with the idea of a predominantly quiet & peaceful house, especially in the evenings.
However, its a friendly atmosphere and we can have a good catchup in the evenings while cooking etc - very easy going. As well as the odd roast and shared meal.
Existing housemates are double + booster vaccinated.
Bills are an additional approx £130 per month (which takes into account the April 2022 energy price increases).
